Machine-washable case
Wash the pillow case in gentle wash cycle using warm water and mild detergent. Detergent for delicate fabrics or baby clothes is convenient.

Shape-retaining polyester insert included
For the pillow insert, it is always better to hand wash it. Follow the steps below:
- Firstly, remove the pillow case and use the zipper to remove the insert.
- Secondly, fill the sink with warm or hot water. Hot water is the best to kill dust mites without the need for harsh detergents.
- Thirdly, add the insert to the sink filled with water and agitate.
- Fourthly, rinse briskly several times.
- Finally, leave it to dry.
